Is It Hard To Do?

The program comes with an interactive flash video which takes about an hour to finish. It also comes with 4 downloaded manuals. I would suggest viewing the flash program first. It gives you a simplified version of the different processes. There are plenty of examples to aid in understanding how the process works. It will take a little study and practice to get the technique down. Actually, the process is quite simple if you can keep yourself from inserting your own ideas before you finish the process.

(Technical note: You have the option of downloading the course in one download or several. Choose the one download if possible. I had problems viewing the program until I realized that it was saved in different folders. I had to move everything to one folder to get all of it to view.)

The main problem in using ASIT is trying to stop your own solution-guessing before going through the ASIT steps. Follow the steps, practice the process and enjoy the innovative yet surprisingly simple solutions!
