We would like to welcome a new contributor to the site known
as ‘Just Another Guy’. He has submitted a brilliant piece that
I’m sure everyone will connect with.
It is entitled ‘Memoirs of a Sitting Moment’ and captures
the importance of taking time out of our robotic schedules to
really look around, absorb, appreciate and try to understand
life. This is undoubtedly an important task to undertake on the
way to inner peace and self development. Here is a little bit
about the author, I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I
did.

During our lifetime we will all share similar experiences,
feelings, emotions and thoughts. I feel it only right that
someone has an attempt at documenting these happenings, with
the intention of capturing them the only way I know how... The
written word.
I have always felt that true writing should be like a mirror
in which we can all look into at some point and recognise
something in the reflection that stares back at us. Great
writing helps me find a subtle comfort in knowing that through
the hardships there is someone else out there telling you, that
you are not alone, although at times it may seem that way.
I do not intend to preach, nor claim that what I write is
anything other than my opinion. The sole purpose of my writing
is to capture, feed and communicate this intangible energy to
question life, which you and I all possess. I hope that my
writing may help in even a small way to bring us all closer to
developing a more profound understanding of ourselves and the
true mechanics of life.
Here is just another guy trying to make sense of it all,
with the hopeful intention that whatever he expresses will
somehow help another person on their own journey to find truth
and peace.
