The Sedona Method
Probably one of the most popular self help programs around, the Sedona Method has been around for years. It was originally started by
Lester Levenson but Hale Dwoskin took over the business in the 1990's. (By the way, if you ever get a chance to go to Sedona, AZ, don't pass it
up! It's quite a unique and beautiful place.)
The Sedona Method practices a technique called "releasing", which is used to release your negative emotions about a particular problem. The
premise is the same with all self-improvement techniques -- once you control your thoughts and emotions, then you can control your life and get
what you truly want. His technique can be applied to all areas of your life: relationships, money, help, goal setting, etc. I bought this program
a few years ago when I first started with Holosync. I found it to be a great supplement and a good introduction to the "science" of self improvement.
The audio program comes with 10 CD's, some bonus CD's on Financial Freedom, Relationships and Appearance, Health & Well Being. It also comes
with a good size workbook to do exercises as you go along and a two hour DVD seminar.
They have a bunch of freebies you can try first. You can sign up for their on-line magazine which includes:
- Free downloads
- Free Goal Setting Workshop
- Free Tips for Use to Release Your Inner Limitations
- Free Information Articles
- Free Updates
and have the 2 hour DVD plus the introductory CD sent to you for just the shipping charge of $5.95. The DVD is an excerpt from an actual
seminar given by Hale Dwoskin. It's a great way to see what the program is all about. I'll admit, I found his laugh (on the DVD)to be a little
irritating. If you also have that problem, get past it and listen to his message. It's wonderful stuff. He goes through quite a few exercises
that show what the method is all about. Participate with him in these exercises. You'll be amazed at the results!

I also recommend getting the book. It has more information not covered in the audio. You can get the book by clicking on the book
