One of the largest sites for free self growth and self improvement products, this site is definitely worth checking out.

Obviously, there is a catch - you have to sign up for his newsletter. Like all newsletters, you can unsubscribe anytime you want, so there's really no catch at all. I'd recommend hanging on to it for a while. He actually DOES have some interesting items. I noticed some of the items also have sign-in forms, but again, you can always unsubscribe.

(My own personal rant - if you sign up for a newletter and don't wish to subscribe anymore, PLEASE be courteous and click on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the newsletter. Don't click your "Report Spam" link in your email program. It does count as a spam report to the newsletter and it won't unsubscribe you anyway.)

You might get a bit of overwhelm when you see the list of freebies he's giving away. Bookmark the download site and go back as needed. No, I haven't gone through everything yet, but I've seen enough to highly recommend this! I'm working my way through and will update this page as I go along.

Here's a short list:

• A video with Brian E Walsch covering such topics as multiple intelligences, emotions,whole-brain learning, hypnotic techniques,Neurolinguistic Programming, and Kinesiology. There are 3 video segments and they last approximately 30 minutes each. Very cool stuff - I love accelerated learning topics! Fun and entertaining as well.
• Audio interview - Joe Vitalie discusses the power on intent. This is a radio interview that lasts a little over an hour. Recorded after he appeared in The Secret.
• Audio interview - Jo Condrill discusses the 5 steps you need to do to achieve anything!
• Software - Free Mind Map software. This is kind of cool. If you listen to the Brian Walsch video, he explains about mind mapping.
• E books - too numerous to list all of them here, but they include topics such as advanced memory, holistic healing, hypnosis, self esteem, herbal remedies - all kinds of stuff!
• Relaxation screensaver

I think you get the idea - this is one power packed freebie package. The Brian Walsch videos alone are worth it.
