I did. And here's what I found out...
The site consists of at least 67 different audio training
sessions. They only last between 7-9 minutes depending upon the
program you pick. And what a variety! It's literally a
smorgasbord of topics to choose from. There's the usual self
improvement topics such as self esteem, goal setting, weight
loss and relationships, but there's also some you wouldn't
be expecting such as Better Sex, Golf, Tennis, Stop Smoking,
Physical Fitness, Study Skills, Business Skills, even Trading
(as in stocks and bonds). I tell you, my mouth fairly watered
when I saw all the choices.
If you've never experienced an audio hypnosis "training",
it's nothing to be worried about. They simply talk you into a
state of relaxation (I found the male voice quite compelling-I
was definitely relaxed!) and then give you a series of auto
suggestions. Very easy, very quick, very relaxing.
When I first go to a new site I'm reviewing, I like to "nose
around" a bit before I start. So I checked out some of the
posts on their forum. I'm not a big fan of the software they
use for the forum, but that has nothing to do with the product.
I did see one post from a member that suggested starting with
the "Incredible Concentration" session to help you focus when
doing the other sessions. I took her advice and tried it for
two weeks. Very helpful.
Here's some points you MUST be aware of:
- There's an introductory "Tour" video on the main
website. TAKE IT! It will be very helpful.
- These little sessions aren't very long, but you must
take them everyday for about 2 weeks. And that's the hard
part for most of us, isn't it? Can't even figure out how to
squeeze in 7 minutes for yourself everyday? Frankly, I
found them relaxing and invigorating and a perfect way to
start my day.
- There's an audio download in the "Tools" section under
"Resources". In the audio, a lot of questions are answered
about how to use the program and how it works. You really
should listen to it. I don't think they emphasize that
little gem enough.
Obviously, I haven't gone through all the sessions yet, but
I have done a few - Incredible Concentration, Overcoming
Procrastination (I'm getting better, but I can see having to
repeat that one :) , and Achieving Your Goals. I'm looking
forward to doing the other sessions - it's fun! I really feel
like I'm starting my day out right when I can devote a few
minutes to focusing on what's important to me.
There's really nothing to lose here - you get 30 days to
decide if you like the program. And it's completely affordable
if you decide to join after that.

different sessions. I know you'll be dying to just try one!
