UltraMind. I'm sure they got a lot of flak about the original title, some people thinking they were trying to control other people's minds,
when actually, it's all about controlling your own thoughts (or mind). Many of the great self improvement "gurus" have taken the Silva
course. They use meditation techniques called active meditation, not passive meditation. What does that mean? Once you reach your alpha
level, you use that to visualize and manifest your desires. To introduce you to the practices, they have a free email course called "Living Your Alpha Life" that includes a guided meditation that you can burn to a CD to listen to as many times as you want. There are 9 lessons and they give you an overview of what is possible using their techniques. It's perhaps one of the most comprehensive free courses I've come across. I strongly urge you to give this one a try. I found it to be very enlightening. Frankly, I was surprised at how inexpensive it was compared to other audio self help programs. I have not taken that yet because I have signed up to attend the seminar at the end of May.
